Who owns your home, your data, your money — and your future? The Dead economy wants you to rent everything. The Living economy wants you to own it.
The quote ↓ The AH Corporation ↓“You will own nothing and be happy.”— Klaus Schwab & the World Economic Forum
The line comes from a 2016 WEF essay, “Welcome to 2030: I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better,” and became a WEF slogan: “You’ll own nothing. And you’ll be happy.” The WEF says it was a thought experiment, not a plan. This site asks: why is that the picture of the future being sold?
To own something is to hold it without asking permission. A home, a tool, a field, savings, a family business — ownership is what lets a person say no. A renter can be evicted. A subscriber can be switched off. An owner stands on their own ground. Those who own nothing depend on whoever owns everything.
Giant asset managers (BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street) hold large stakes in most big listed companies

Percent of a rented thing the real owner can take back — and it is not you
Each of these is already moving from owned to rented.
Homes bought up by institutional investors and a push toward “build to rent” — a generation that cannot buy.
Software, media and even car features move to monthly fees. Stop paying and you own nothing.
Your photos, history and habits sit on platforms that own the account — and the rules.
Digital money and digital ID can be limited, tracked or switched off by the issuer.
Rent everything. Own nothing. Depend on the platform, the landlord and the lender. Happiness is delivered as a service — and can be cancelled.
Own your home, your work, your land and your data. Families build lasting wealth and pass it on. Happiness comes from freedom, not from permission.

If a person owns nothing, someone else owns everything. That someone is the anti-human (AH) corporation — the web of asset managers, platforms, banks and rule-makers that gains every time a person moves from owner to renter.
Our view: the “own nothing” future is not an accident of technology. It is a business model. A tenant pays forever, a subscriber never stops, and a person with no assets has no power to say no.
Disrupt the AH Corporation →Buy homes, land and companies at scale, so families are priced out.
Turn every product into a monthly fee — recurring income for the corporation.
Track what you do, then sell it, score you and shape what you can buy.
Programmable money and digital ID decide what you may spend, and where.
Private rulebooks decide who gets credit, capital and access.
Printed money inflates assets out of reach and erodes savings.
Rules written for the corporation, paid for by the citizen.
How much control does a person keep over what matters most? Illustrative — the author’s opinion.
The higher the bar, the more control stays with the person — not the corporation.
Own your home, your trade, your land, your data and your faith. Support families who build things that last.
